Are you feeling that nudge to dive deeper into your faith, explore your calling, or gain some hands-on ministry experience? 2025 could be the perfect year to jump into study at Bishopdale College.

Don't miss the scholarship deadline!

St John’s College Trust Board is offering scholarships to help cover your study costs, from tuition fees to living expenses. But here’s the thing – applications close on 30 September 2024. That’s coming up fast, so if you’re even thinking about studying at Bishopdale College, now’s the time to act!

Why Bishopdale?

Bishopdale College is all about combining head and heart – growing deeper in your faith while equipping you for real-life ministry. Here’s what’s on offer for 2025:

  • NZ Diploma in Christian Studies (Level 5): This one-year programme is the ideal starting point, offering majors in Christian Leadership or Theological Studies. If you choose the Christian Leadership major you’ll spend half your time in practical ministry placements – it’s like an apprenticeship for the Kingdom!
  • NZ Diploma in Christian Studies (Level 6): If you’ve already done some study or ministry, this advanced one-year programme focuses on leadership, theology, and biblical studies, setting you up for wherever God leads you next.
  • Bachelor of Theology (BTh): For those looking for a deeper dive, the BTh offers a comprehensive foundation in biblical studies, theology, and Christian thought. It’s a three-year programme (or part-time equivalent) that prepares you for pastoral leadership, missions, or further academic study.

At Bishopdale, flexibility is key. You can choose to study full-time or part-time, depending on what fits best with your life. If you’re already juggling work, family, or ministry commitments, part-time study lets you balance all of that while still diving deep into your learning journey. And many of our courses are available online, so you can join in no matter where you’re based!

Don’t let the scholarship opportunity pass by – get your application in before 30 September. This could be the step that opens up a whole new chapter in your journey!
